More than 100 Hazara asylum seekers facing deportation to Afghanistan have renewed hopes of staying in Australia, following a court ruling in favour of one of them.

The Federal Court ruled that the Immigration Department’s bid to Fake Oakleys sale online remove the man was not carried out legally or fairly.
The ruling came after a group of Afghan MPs told the Australian government it’s not safe to return failed Hazara asylum seekers to their country.
