Following is a Farman (speech) of Mulla Umer probably delivered in Feb or Mar, 1999. The origional one was in Pushtu, which was ditributed among Pushtoon Kuchees (nomads). One of the copy was secured by a Hazara refugee living in Saudi Arabia. This copy is translated and distibuted in a very small number among the Hazara communities.

We are working on the translation of this farman in English.

Dr. Nargis Hassan completes her FCPS in General Surgery to become the First Hazara Female Surgeon in Pakistan. She also has the honor of becoming the first female Surgeon from Balochistan, Pakistan.

Dr. Sajida Ali (Wife of Dr. Muhd Musa Changezi) completes her FCPS in Pediatrics to become one of the first Child Specialists amongst Hazaras.
