Shia Personal Status Law

The "Shia Personal Status Law" or the "Rape Law" was passed in a back room wheeling and dealing between President Karzai, and an Iranian-backed Shia cleric, Sheikh Mohsini.

The Telaban-style Sharia bill seeks to severly limit and discriminate against Hazara women.

Hazara intellectuals all over the world has denounced this melicious attempt by President Karzai, and the Iranian-backed cleric, Sheikh Mohsini, to intentionally undermine the progress of Hazara women in Afghanistan.
