| Istanbul, Turkey - Hazara Association of Turkey organized an international conference on Hazara genocide at Istanbul University, Turkey. The delegation included Ahmed Behzad - Hazara MP from Herat, Hazara Democratic Party (HDP) from Pakistan, and other Hazara intellectuals. Historians believe Hazaras of Turko-Mongol origins.
